Yesterday I had one of those moments where iTunes had deleted a track and I could hear the song in the back of my head but, couldn’t for the life of me remember the name of the band or the name of the song. An epic “google” search followed which eventually led me to the band and track I was looking for, Nico Vega and their track Beast. In hind sight I should have just googled the song lyrics. Ultimately this led to me picking up their whole album and giving it a good listen to. Promptly I was blown away by this track. This track is definitely going on my gym playlist as the opening just pumps me up. Massive gains in squats ensue. Na Na Na Na.

24 - A letter to your parents.

Dear Mom and Pa,

Thanks for trying so hard for me to have a childhood and an adolescence. That’s more than what people can say these days. With the way the world is now, I am so glad that I had the chance to take it slow and grow at a good pace over the years. You didn’t have a lot of money and a lot of time, but looking back to my younger years, i couldn’t even tell. You guys were that good. You kept me stumped. XD This family is not perfect and nor will it ever be, but I don’t know what i would do if i didn’t have you. I wouldn’t be here, that’s what. I’m leaving on Sunday to start a brand new life with weapons, You guys. :D You are who inspire me to be the best that i can, so that you can worry about at least one less thing. you deserve it. I love you.
